What services do you offer?We offer everything for your home improvement or new build needs. We can fix up your current home to get it ready to sell or rent out. While we are doing that, we can start work on designing and building your dream home! Additionally, once you build a home with us, we offer a handyman service that gives you a reliable way to install TV's, pictures, install furniture, touch up dings from moving, etc. We want you to have a stress free experience when working with us!

Do you offer services for smaller projects, like repairs?Yes! We have an in-house repairman that can help with various tasks. From setting up furniture, hanging TV's, repairs, and other minor issues, we can help make sure your home is running smoothly.

What is the average cost to build a custom home with Grandview Custom Homes?Typically, the most economical homes start at around $120 per square foot. On average, we mostly see homes go for between $200-$300 per square foot. However, the final cost is highly dependent on your unique specifications and choices, ensuring you get a home tailored perfectly to your vision and needs. For a more accurate estimate, we recommend scheduling a consultation so we can discuss your specific requirements in detail.

Do you offer design services?Yes we do! Currently we do not have in-house designers and work closely with a local design contractor. We work alongside the designer every step of the way so that the design works well with the construction and everything comes out great!

What is the average time frame to build a custom home?Custom homes can vary on time frames greatly. If it is a completely new floor plan that we haven't built before, then time lines get increasingly longer depending on complexity. The average custom home build timeline is between 8 months (our previously designed plans) to over 16 months for some of our most complex and new designs.
